Yes they are. I guess they could be, however she's part Siamese and Tabby :)

I do't know enough about cat's eye color genetics to venture a guess. I know a fair amount about fur color but not eyes. Sounds logical that the Siamese in her had something to do with it, maybe some recessive blue eyes in both parents. I just might have to look this up. :D It sure looks very cool with the silver tabby color!
